Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers before you reach out
The download link is broken or expired. What should I do?
Download links are hosted on external platforms (Google Drive, Mega, etc.) and may occasionally expire. Email us with the resource URL so we can investigate. You can also check our Help Center.
Is it free to download all resources on LumionVietnam.com?
Many resources are free. Some models are marked PRO Early Access or belong to a paid PRO Collection. PRO skips site redirects and countdowns and can download individual files from published PRO Collections while the membership is active. See the PRO page for current benefits and WooCommerce checkout prices.
Can I use your models in commercial projects?
Yes, our resources are free for both personal and commercial use in your architectural and design projects. You may not redistribute or resell the files themselves. See our Terms of Service for full details.
How do I submit a DMCA / copyright notice?
Email [email protected] with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line. Include: your name, description of the copyrighted work, and the URL of the infringing content. We respond within 48 hours and take all notices seriously.
How do I advertise on or partner with LumionVietnam.com?
We welcome relevant sponsorship and partnership enquiries. Contact us at [email protected] with “Partnership” in the subject line for our media kit and rates.
